WEEKLY FOOD BOX
At NouraBarr you can stop by for anything from a pre packaged soup to a cup of organic green tea or for a larger weekly food box with all the essential supplements and nutrients tailor made for your specific needs.
Our goal is to design a food box specific to your needs, all you need to do is stop by, email us or call to set up a time to speak to one of our health specialists.
We also welcome the whole family, kids love juices and they will especially love some of our natural fruit ices.
STARTER VEGGIE PATCH
We will provide you with six 16oz. bottles of organic juices made fresh daily. Three of these juices will be a series of green vegetable juices while the other three will be a various combinations of fruits and vegetables. These will vary depending on your own health requirements and expectations. You may choose to add herbal teas and supplements to help you add a boost of energy. This type of cleansing technique removes toxins and provides nutrition by giving the body vital minerals, vitamins and enzymes in a juice form that is easily assimilated into the body. These packages come in a variety of days depending on each individual’s goals, objectives and expectations.
PLANTS & VEGETABLES
Fresh organic juices provide plenty of natural sugars, salts, enzymes, electrolytes, vitamins, minerals and probiotics, all in natural proportions, for the eventual rebuilding of your body. Because fresh juices require very little digestion and are readily absorbed into the system, they do not interfere with the need for the digestive system to be almost completely shut down, which leaves the body’s energy available for the deep cleansing and rebuilding activities.
